Severance offer, what should I ask for? (Knoxville)

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a procurement assistant, and I have a few days to sign. Thank you in advance. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
