Severance offer, what should I ask for?, graphic designer here

I was offered 15 weeks of severance after 15 years as a graphic designer, and I have a few days to sign. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
