Severance offer, what should I ask for? - first time posting

I was offered 16 weeks of severance after 16 years as a project coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
