Severance offer, what should I ask for? - first time posting

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a bank teller, and I have a few days to sign. I am in Tucson, in case local advice matters. I do not want to leave money on the table. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
