Severance offer, what should I ask for?, delivery driver here

I was offered 7 weeks of severance after 7 years as a delivery driver, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
