Severance offer, what should I ask for? (Dallas)

I was offered 8 weeks of severance after 8 years as a delivery driver, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
