Severance offer, what should I ask for? - any advice?

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a line cook, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a line cook before this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
