Severance offer, what should I ask for? - any advice?

I was offered 13 weeks of severance after 13 years as a call-centre agent, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
