Severance offer, what should I ask for? - any advice?

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a mechanic, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
