Severance offer, what should I ask for? after 4 years as a project coordinator

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a project coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
