Severance offer, what should I ask for? after 4 years as a barista

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. I worked as a barista before this. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.

Ask for the offer in writing and do not sign on the spot. A day or two to think is normal.
