Severance offer, what should I ask for? after 3 years as a bank teller

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Ask for the offer in writing and do not sign on the spot. A day or two to think is normal.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
