Severance offer, what should I ask for? after 15 years as a teaching assistant

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
