Severance offer, what should I ask for? after 15 years as a retail manager

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. Thank you in advance. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
