Severance offer, what should I ask for?

I was offered 7 weeks of severance after 7 years as a software tester, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
