Severance offer, what should I ask for? - 25 weeks in

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a sales associate, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 25 weeks. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
