Severance offer, what should I ask for? - 13 months and counting

I was offered 15 weeks of severance after 15 years as a marketing coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
