Severance offer, what should I ask for? - 10 months and counting

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as a social media manager, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Ask for the offer in writing and do not sign on the spot. A day or two to think is normal.
