Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - what worked for you?

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a graphic designer, and I have a few days to sign. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
