Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - what worked for you?

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a school bus driver, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
