Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - what worked for you?

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
