Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (update)

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a hotel front-desk agent, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I do not want to leave money on the table.

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
