Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (update)

My manager said the package is final, but the letter gives me time to review. It has been a long 22 weeks. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
