Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (update)

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as a home health aide, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 22 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
