Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (Providence)

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as a nurse's aide, and I have a few days to sign. There are 9 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to leave money on the table. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
