Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion, project coordinator here

The company sent a severance agreement with a release of claims, and I am unsure what to do. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
