Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion, office manager here

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as an office manager, and I have a few days to sign. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
