Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion, nurse's aide here

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a nurse's aide, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
