Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (Louisville)

I was offered 7 weeks of severance after 7 years as a dental hygienist, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 5 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
