Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion, logistics coordinator here

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a logistics coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
