Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (Jacksonville)

I was offered 16 weeks of severance after 16 years as a security officer, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 2 weeks. There is a non-disparagement clause. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
