Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion, forklift operator here

I was offered 12 weeks of severance after 12 years as a forklift operator, and I have a few days to sign. It has been a long 13 weeks. I do not want to leave money on the table. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
