Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - first time posting

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a graphic designer, and I have a few days to sign. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Did anyone negotiate and succeed?
