Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - first time posting

I was offered 6 weeks of severance after 6 years as a home health aide, and I have a few days to sign. I do not usually post, so bear with me. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
