Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - first time posting

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a janitorial supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
