Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - first time posting

I was offered 17 weeks of severance after 17 years as a barista, and I have a few days to sign. I do not want to leave money on the table.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
