Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - first time posting

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a warehouse supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Ask for the offer in writing and do not sign on the spot. A day or two to think is normal.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
