Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - first time posting

I was offered 10 weeks of severance after 10 years as a school bus driver, and I have a few days to sign. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
