Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 13 weeks of severance after 13 years as a forklift operator, and I have a few days to sign. I have been trying to stay organised about it. There is a non-disparagement clause. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
