Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion, electrician's helper here

I was offered 6 weeks of severance after 6 years as an electrician's helper, and I have a few days to sign. I do not want to leave money on the table. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
