Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion

I was offered 8 weeks of severance after 8 years as a janitorial supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
