Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (Boston)

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as an administrative assistant, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as an administrative assistant before this. I do not want to leave money on the table. Should I see a lawyer?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
