Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion (Baltimore)

I was offered 5 weeks of severance after 5 years as a mechanic, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
