Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as a production planner, and I have a few days to sign. Any experience at all would help. There is a non-disparagement clause. Should I see a lawyer?

Ask for the offer in writing and do not sign on the spot. A day or two to think is normal.
