Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 16 weeks of severance after 16 years as a call-centre agent, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. Should I see a lawyer?

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
