Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 7 weeks of severance after 7 years as a warehouse supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
