Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 4 weeks of severance after 4 years as a warehouse supervisor, and I have a few days to sign. I do not want to leave money on the table.

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
