Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 9 weeks of severance after 9 years as a school bus driver, and I have a few days to sign. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Read the release carefully. Mine included things I did not expect, like a non-compete.
