Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 14 weeks of severance after 14 years as a web developer, and I have a few days to sign. I worked as a web developer before this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months.

An hour with an employment lawyer cost me a small fee and made me feel much safer about signing.
