Severance agreement arrived, need a second opinion - any advice?

I was offered 3 weeks of severance after 3 years as an event coordinator, and I have a few days to sign. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It includes health coverage for a couple of months. What did you ask for?

I asked for two more weeks and a neutral reference. They agreed to the reference and added a week.
